A full load is ready. Four containers of agricultural equipment now stand on their trailers with the doors open, waiting for one last look before they are closed.

Full, but not overloaded

Every container has a maximum gross weight printed on its door, and we plan each load to stay safely inside it. A packed container is only a good one if the weight is right, because an overloaded unit can be refused or delayed on its way.

The last look before the doors close

Before a trailer leaves the yard, we confirm the following.

  • The quantities match the packing list.
  • The cargo sits tight against the back wall and the sides.
  • The weight is spread evenly across the floor.
  • The photographs of the finished load have been taken.

Four containers, one order

Although the four containers hold different mixes of crates and cartons, they belong to the same order. Loading them one after another, by the same team, helps keep the packing standard consistent from the first container to the last.

Curious how we would load a mixed order of your own? Our team is glad to explain.

How a loading day is paced

A loading day works best when nobody rushes it. We schedule the trailers so that each container has time to be filled, checked and photographed before the next one arrives at the yard. That rhythm leaves room to correct a mistake early, when it is easy to fix, rather than discovering it once the doors are already sealed.
