What we collect
When you use the contact form, you choose what to send us: your name, company, country, phone number, the product area you are interested in, and your message. The form opens your own email program with that text ready to send, so the message reaches us only when you press send there.
If you write, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever contact details you use.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange shipments. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice and a consent choice will be updated first.
Third-party content
Photographs on this site are served through our own website. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads only on that page; Google may receive technical details such as your IP address when it does.
Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp's own service under its own terms.
Keeping and correcting your details
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the relationship or required for our business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to us.
