How the Cordless Line Grass Trimmer works
A mower cannot get close to fences, tree trunks, walls and steps, which leaves strips of long grass at the edges. A line trimmer finishes those places with a spinning nylon cord that cuts cleanly without hurting bark or masonry.
This trimmer runs on a rechargeable lithium battery in a yellow-and-black body, so there is no cable to drag and no fuel to mix. The battery clicks into the housing at the top, and the charger supplied beside it brings it back to full between jobs.
