About this product
How the Raised Bed Precision Planter works
The raised bed precision planter is a dependable implement for sowing on prepared beds. A crumbler roller breaks up lumps and removes obstacles, then levels the top of the bed so the seed lands on a smooth, even surface.
It can be fitted to any tractor, and the results in the field are consistent from bed to bed. Tell us your crop and bed width, and we will confirm the model, working width and power requirement before you order.
This planter suits any tractor, so it is a practical choice for mixed fleets. Prepare the bed with a harrow or rotavator first so the crumbler roller only has to finish the surface, and run at a steady speed to keep seed spacing consistent.
Before you buy the Raised Bed Precision Planter
This planter suits growers who want a firm, level bed and accurate placement without a complicated set-up. It works well for mixed vegetable growers who change crops often, since the seed units are straightforward to adjust. Ask us to confirm the fit with your tractor.
