About this product
How the Skid Sprayer works
Where a boom is too big and a backpack too small, a skid sprayer fills the middle. It carries the tank, the pump and the hose on one frame, so a pickup, utility vehicle or small trailer becomes a spray rig in minutes, and can be unbolted when it is not needed.
The yellow tank is made of tough plastic that resists chemicals and sunlight. An engine-driven pump supplies pressure to the hose, and the hose winds onto a reel, so you can reach tree rows, field edges, fence lines and roadsides without moving the vehicle.
The black steel skid gives a low, stable base with lifting and tie-down points. Skid sprayers are common on orchards, plantations, golf courses, estates and for weed and pest control around buildings. We supply them with the tank size and pump type confirmed in writing.
Before you buy the Skid Sprayer
A skid sprayer turns a pick-up or trailer into a spraying unit and reaches long distances with its hose. It suits estates, nurseries, roadsides and large gardens. Secure the skid properly to the vehicle and check the hose and engine before every job.
