About this product
How the Concrete Surface Vibrator works
On large flat pours such as industrial floors, driveways, bridge decks and roofs, a needle vibrator is slow and leaves marks. A surface vibrator works from above: its flat base plate vibrates the top layer, compacting it and bringing the paste up for finishing.
A yellow steel base plate carries a green engine unit with an eccentric weight that creates vibration. Two long black handles on swivel arms let two operators pull it across the slab, keeping a steady speed and a straight line, and it can be fitted to a screed bar for larger widths.
It saves time and effort on big floors and gives a more uniform result than manual tamping. We confirm engine power, plate size and weight in writing, and supply spare plates and parts for rental fleets and contractors.
Before you buy the Concrete Surface Vibrator
A plate vibrator finishes slabs, driveways and floors quickly and levels them as it goes. It suits slabs of moderate thickness. Work steadily, keep the plate moving and finish with a trowel or float once the surface is ready.
