About this product
How the Electric Plant Tying Gun works
Tying plants to trellises is repetitive and slow when done with string, and in a vineyard or greenhouse it can swallow a large share of the labour hours. A tying gun speeds the job up and gives uniform, gentle ties.
The tool carries a reel of tying tape on top. You guide the stem and support into the hook at the front, press the trigger, and the tool wraps the tape around them, binds it and cuts it, all in the same motion. A display and a few controls let you adjust the tie.
Because it is battery-powered, it can be used along long rows without cables. The red-and-black body is compact and balanced, so it can be used all day with one hand while the other holds the plant. We supply tape reels separately for repeat orders.
Before you buy the Electric Plant Tying Gun
If you tie hundreds of vines, tomatoes or cucumbers each day, a tying gun is a real time-saver. It makes neat ties in a squeeze and reduces strain on the hands. Keep spare tape reels and a charged battery on hand during busy periods.

Questions
Questions about the Electric Plant Tying Gun
Tape ties are soft and let stems thicken. Do not pull them too tight and check them as the plant grows.
