About this product
How the 220V Chicken Beak Cutter works
Where a farm trims thousands of birds, the speed and the consistency of the machine decide the working day. This cutter plugs into a 220 volt supply and keeps its working temperature, so it can run through a session without stopping.
It has two cutting stations side by side, which allow more than one person to feed birds or let one person alternate and reduce fatigue. A control knob adjusts the cutting setting, a power switch turns the unit on and off, and a sturdy carry handle lets you place it where it is needed.
The grey metal housing is robust and easy to wipe clean. As with any beak-trimming equipment, it must be used by trained staff following welfare rules. We confirm plug type, wattage and spare part availability for your country before shipping.
Before you buy the 220V Chicken Beak Cutter
The two stations let two operators work at once or one operator work faster. As with any beak-trimming equipment, use it only with trained staff and in line with local welfare regulations. Check that your supply is a stable 220 V.
