How the Fertiliser Broadcaster works
The fertiliser broadcaster is a tractor-mounted spreader with a square-shaped tank. It throws granular or crystalline fertiliser evenly across the field, so every part of the crop gets a fair share instead of being fed unevenly by hand.
Spreading by machine is quicker than by hand and helps improve crop productivity. Ask us for the tank capacity, spread width and tractor power of the current model.
Calibrate the spread width and rate on a test strip before treating the whole field, and always spread when the wind is calm so the fertiliser lands where you intend. Rinse and dry the hopper after use, as fertiliser salts corrode steel quickly.
