How the Orchard Sprayer works
The orchard sprayer is built for spraying inside orchards and plantations, where tightly planted trees make it hard to reach every leaf. It delivers pesticides, fungicides and nutrients evenly and thoroughly, helping control pests, protect the crop and improve fruit quality.
Powerful nozzles, adjustable pressure and a large tank cut the labour, time and chemicals used. The tank holds 600 to 2,000 litres, an 80–120 L/min PTO-driven diaphragm pump feeds 10 to 20 double-sided hollow-cone nozzles, and a 700–800 mm axial fan carries the spray up to 12 metres depending on wind and nozzle. Tank, pressure and nozzle filters, an adjustable spray angle and a powder-coated frame complete the design, for tractors of 50–90 HP.
Tune the fan and nozzles to the height and density of your trees so the spray reaches the canopy without drifting away. Choose the tank from 600 to 2,000 L to match your block size, and spray in calm conditions. The sprayer suits tractors of 50–90 HP.
